Wayward to Wilds does collect IP addresses but we do not distribute or sell the information provided to any third parties, under any circumstance.

4. USER ACCOUNTS
In order to use parts of Wayward to Wilds (waywardtowilds.com), you will be required to create a user account. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information for registration. Wayward to Wilds does not claim ownership over any user content submitted to the site. Wayward to Wilds reserves the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

7. SITE TERMS AND MODIFICATIONS

- SITE FRAMEWORK
For the framework of the site, Wayward to Wilds utilizes but makes no claim to ownership of the Open Source ARPG framework known as “Lorekeeper”. The use of Lorekeeper is done with permission by the developer of Lorekeeper ("Corowne") and no part of these terms shall claim ownership over or infringe upon the rights of the framework developed by Corowne.
9. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any of our rights at law or equity, Wayward to Wilds may terminate your access to the Site and the Services with no prior notice if you fail to comply with any obligation in this Agreement, or if any of your representations or warranties is or becomes untrue.
You may terminate your account at any time.
10. EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Upon termination of your account or this agreement:
- you will immediately cease all use of the Site (waywardtowilds.com).
- you will have no further access to your Wayward to Wilds account.
You can request that your content be removed from the site, and this will be handled at the discretion of Wayward to Wilds staff.
