Spice Staff Recipe
A simple wooden staff with a dangling diffuser on its end, filled with a mix of potent spices and sharp-smelling herbs. When shaken, it lets loose a distracting mess of powders and scents on a target.
...Shaking around the maraca-like staff might attract the play of nearby kittens, or no-self-control guildmates, so be careful where you wave it around.
Grants disadvantage to the next attack of the first enemy it strikes, once per Event.
